School Cross Country

The school cross country will be held on Thursday, 8th May for primary students and all Year 2 children who turn 8 this year.  Permission notes have been sent home via the Sentral app.

Students can walk the course if they do not want to run. The track runs beside and through bush land around the school. Years 2 to 4 complete 2 laps, Years 5 and 6 complete 3 laps.

Parents are advised to ensure their children apply insect repellent before arriving at school. Students may wear their (old) sports shirt, if they wish. As the track may be muddy in places, old clothes in house colours may be worn during the event and school uniform can be brought to school to change into at the conclusion of the run.

Years 2 to 4 complete 2 laps, Years 5 and 6 complete 3 laps. Remember to SLIP, SLOP & SLAP and hydrate with water before and after your event. House points for the first ten place getters in each event.
